Baldr Bullet ~Survival Version Trial Edition~ Release

https://vndb.org/v306, the trial version of the old version, features a survival mode
I finished it 2 years ago but I never released it so here it is.
It came with the script compiler and the uncompiled scripts (.scc) so it's not too difficult.
If you are using Win Vista/7/8/10+, you need to do all of the following by right clicking the Bb_s.exe -> compatibility tab
1. enable compatibility mode
2. run in 256 colors
3. run in 640x480
4. disable visual themes
In the menu

1. Survival mode
2. Ranking
3. Tutorial
4. Exit game

Then inside the Tutorial menu

1. Movement
2. Attack
3. Combos
4. Power up
5. Interface
